ENOUGH IS ENOUGH | THE WARNING SIGNS. This is a very different video from my usual. It’s something I figured might help someone who has been through an abusive relationship or is, and wants to know the signs to leave a relationship. It’s how to recognize a toxic relationship from my personal experience (I’m not a doctor or a therapist, just someone sharing their experience). I touch on the signs of emotional abuse and how to tell if you are in an abusive relationship through my experience. It’s about dealing with a toxic relationship and hopefully at the end you’ll recognize how to have a healthly relationship by seeing what it is not. Ultimately its about how to be happy for YOU when you know when to quit on someone and how to leave your marriage that’s abusive or just how to leave a bad relationship in general with having the courage to ask for help. I was too embarrassed to ask for help at the time, but I hope by seeing my experience, you recognize that seeking help or someone to talk to is a teeny fraction of your life and you will look back on it and thank yourself.

As always, remember I am not a professional. I am not a trained doctor or counselor. I am just a woman who is sharing my experience with anyone who is suffering from abuse and wants to know how to get help, how to end a bad relationship or just wants to hear it from someone else. The secrets to a happy relationship are everything that an abusive one is not. Don’t feel ashamed. It is not your fault.
