Apple Upside Down Cake

Take the "pine" out and create this Apple Upside Down Cake that will have everyone thinking its made with pineapples.... from the looks of it. As soon as they bite in they will know they are in for a special treat. The addition of apple cider replacing the water in the cake mix just adds to the apple flavor. Throwing a ton of dice apples into the batter made for an extra fruity cake.
