Dr. Jill Hechtman ignored a newly formed blemish on her cheek and was “very confident” she could delay a screening during the pandemic. Her blemish however, turned out to be invasive melanoma – and now she is urging people to get checkups and cancer screenings amid the coronavirus pandemic.
