Starting a Neglected 700,000+ mile Cummins 12V First Gen Dodge Ram 250 Turbo Diesel Truck

After sitting untouched for over 6 months, with fuel that is many years old, I see if my 1991 First Gen 12 Valve Cummins Turbo Diesel Dodge Ram will start. Odometer stopped years ago at over 676k miles. This is a northern truck I bought as a donor chassis for an upcoming project. Complete with lots of rust holes, zip ties, duct tape, hose clamps, Ford floor mats, and a GM bed liner, it is the epitome of a neglected project vehicle, awaiting it's turn in the shop for a new life. Prior to this video being taken, I put a battery charger on the battery since it was too dead to even attempt to turn the engine over, but that is it.
