Canadians are being denied their "right to know" about thousands of files. In fact, Canada doesn't even rank in the Top 50 nations when it comes to transparency. Robyn Doolittle and her colleague Tom Cardoso at The Globe and Mail have spent nearly two years filing hundreds of Freedom of Information requests. The findings of their Secret Canada project are shocking.
