Homemade Pizza | Thin Crust | No Red Sauce - Episode 984

preheat oven to 400 deg. f. bake for 20-30 mins depending on the thickness of your dough you may bake 40 - 45 mins

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp. yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
dry flour for dusting

for the toppings- please make sure you get the moisture out of the canned vegetables and tomatoes

1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 green bell diced
1 tomato diced - seeds removed
1 onion diced
1 can pineapple chunks drained- i like the one in heavy syrup they are sweeter
1 canned of mushrooms drained
4 cups mozzarella cheese
sliced turkey sausage or any meat of your choice.
Chopped bacon
