Repacking and Resleeving Aftermarket Fuel Exhausts for Motorcycles

Part of our Fuel Friday series, Damian shows how we repack and resleeve our exhaust silencers. We also give this motorcycle exhaust a bit of a refurb by media blasting the end caps and link pipe.

11:58 Insert the wirewool and exhaust wadding into the exhaust sleeve
12:19 Refit the outlet end cap and line up appropriately
14:44 Refitting the rivet band - drill and rivet in the first hole
16:50 Drill all other holes and rivet in place
18:56 Tap down the edges of the rivet bands
19:11 Fit the heat resistant Fuel Exhausts foil label / badge
19:54 Final clean
