arcade_happy_birthday.mp4 [FNaF/VHS]

Different than the VHS tapes that have been given to me.
This one is an arcade game that, from what I have been told, was corrupted after the accident.

I have been asked to fix it to see if it was still safe to install on the newer machines.
It is one of the most popular ones after all.

Sorry for the delay, it took me a lot longer than I thought to get it to work at all.
It is still very buggy and crashes a lot but I got it to run long enough to get some footage.
From the look of it, it seem to be a basic arcade game where you would go through the different levels collecting coins until you reach the end or the time runs out.
I managed to also dig up a bit and found a lot of levels/assets that shouldn't even exist in the first place.
What makes it weirder is that, this is not a real level that should be accessible in the game.
Is this some kind of old/scrapped version?
I have a feeling that this is more than just a simple "corruption"
