Helicoil Thread Repair

I use a helicoil thread repair kit to repair one of the points my seat is attached to the frame. Using a simple method of first drilling out the previous thread, tapping the hole with the tapping tool, then screwing in the threaded insert using the insert tool and finally break off the tangs.A quick job with the right tools, and even my puppy makes an appearance!
