LAMB ROAST RECIPE:
- season lamb with bbq sauce, seasoning salt, black pepper, cinnamon & 7 spice mix. Add 2 cups of water, cover & bake in oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees! Season potatoes & mushrooms with everything you did the lamb except bbq sauce. Add to the lamb after the hour & bake for another hour!
