*while not all of these were mentioned for the sake of not uploading an hour long video, here are some liners i have positive thoughts about*:
Essence Superfine, Wet n' Wild Super Skinny, & Maybelline Line Stiletto - the only felt tip liners that have a place in my heart, good for beginners
KVD Tatto, Physician's Formula Eye Booster - solid brush tip liners, both great for sketching out lines, near perfect dupes for each other
Club Clio Kill Black brush tip liner - Korean brand, one of the best liner's I've ever tried, took over a year to dry out & performs super well BUT difficult to find except on amazon, CF status of brand is dubious
Essence Super Precise & Nyx Matte liquid liner - my favorite "wand & well" liners
Nyx Epic Ink - my current favorite brush tip liner pen, IMO it needs a few days to dry out (stored upside down) before it's really good to go
LA Girl Gel Glides - my favorite pen liners
