My debut on KCTS Cooks - making my Harvest Praline Souffle

My makeup on the day was applied by none other than Bob "Gertrude/Boris. S. Wort/Ketchikan, et. al" Newman! With George Ray and Kathy Casey who had actually taught me to make souffles about ten years earlier when I was in culinary school and she came in to do a class for us (her husband was one of my instructors).
