On his way out, President Trump recently signed an Executive Order in a bid to ban American companies from investing in Chinese firms. In the video, we address three issues the business community needs to know about:
1) US firms lost $1.7T in stocks as a result of US-China trade war
2) Chinese Yuan gained 6.6% against the U.S. since the beginning of 2020
3) The US needs China’s market more so than the Chinese needs ours

The US military contractors Halliburton, Lockheed Martin, among others, are massive international companies that are publicly listed. We don't seem to have a problem with capital markets being part of the mix when it's our military industrial complex.
