The HOLY GRAIL of food. Morel Mushrooms. Pan fried heaven.

How do you cook your Morel Mushrooms? This is how I typically cook mine. This wasn’t a great haul but in my defense my legs are broken and I lost my bags.

1. Start it off by cutting those bad boys in half and soaking them in some salt water for an hour or two.
2. Batter them in eggs and bread them in crushed saltines. Add whatever seasoning you’d like. I added salt, @flavorgod garlic, and @heathriles garlic butter.
3. Throw in some oil and half a stick of butter in a pan on a medium-high heat. Cook until golden brown and flip. Once done throw them on a plate with a paper towel and enjoy. Best food on earth. Love you. 🖤
