Sl Joint Pain?

Check out these 5 exercises!
The SI (sacroiliac) joint is essentially the location where our pelvis meets our spine (at the sacrum bone)
Pain arising from the sacroiliac joint is one of the potential causes of axial low back pain. A quarter of lower back pain could be originating from the sacroiliac joint.

Sacroiliac joint pain can be from trauma, pregnancy, repetitive stress, sports, and following spinal surgery.
Note: if you are pregnant, experienced major trauma, or have a connective tissue disease, you could have more movement in your si joint, either due to the trauma itself or trom ligament laxity that occurs in these instances

Outside of these cases, as mentioned above, it is one of the most STABLE joints in the body
So don't stress too much about this!
