I ride to the north end of Clearwater Beach to see if you can walk to Caladesi Island from there. The only other way to Caladesi Island State Park is by driving to Honeymoon Island ($4 for a 1 person car or $8 for a car load of people) and taking the ferry for $16 a person for a 4 hour visit.
