Capacitors Used For Protection

BLHeli_S ESCs have "active braking" always turned on. This makes your motors stop almost instantly which is great for loosing altitude quickly for racing and free styling. Bad part is this introduces voltage spikes into the power system which could possibly damage your flight controller, Vtx, or camera. I show you how you can avoid this using a capacitor, as well as how I protect my parts without a capacitor at the end of the video.
