Contessa 26 Refit ep.3 - Sanitation, Stem Head and Chain Locker

Documenting the refit of a 1975 Contessa 26 – J.J. Taylor build. Not an instructional video; recording for my own reference.
Projects completed in this episode:
o Chain locker floor addition, chain locker refinishing and added an exterior drain (closed in a later episode).
o Hawse pipe for anchor chain.
o Steam Head refinishing and backing block.
o Rebuilt manual whale pump for holding tank.
o Replaced seacocks/thru-hulls for sanitation plumbing, as well as all other seacocks/thru-hulls.
o Replaced seacock backing blocks twice. First with wood core fiberglass, then with G10 board.
o Finished sanitation plumbing.
o Installed bow roller.
o Refinished interior teak chain locker door/face.
o Replaced/wired forward navigation light.
