Iso day in the life - motivation + home workout VLOG | Ellie Kate

Home workout -
10 pushups (on knees or toes)
10 half burpees (feel free to make this full burpees for a challenge!)
10 tricep dips
10 half burpees
10 glute bridges (feel free to add a booty band or weight resting on your hips)
10 half burpees
10 sit ups
10 half burpees
10 bicep curls (if you want more lower body exercises or don't have a dumbbell change this to body weight squats!)
10 half burpees
10 dumbbell shoulder raises (if you want more lower body exercises or don't have a dumbbell change this to body weight lunges!)

x 3 rounds with 1-2 min rest between rounds
