Who is the Most USELESS Pokemon?

READ THIS BEFORE SAYING SOME DUMB SHIT I SWEAR TO GOD:

-FIRST OFF, yes this will be a video.
-I'm trying to find THE MOST USELESS Pokemon. Not the worst. In this stream I'm gonna go through ALL the Pokemon games, all the metas, any ways that a Pokemon can be used- and trying to decipher out of all the spin-offs, meta games, mini games, etc. if there are any pokemon that serve zero purpose.
-Pre-Evos DO NOT COUNT. We're counting the entire evolutionary line. Magikarp isn't useless because it evolves into Gyarados who is one of the best Pokemon ever.
-I thought it would be cool to do this as a stream and make it more of like a community research project, in case anybody has any sort of insight or knowledge that I don't have : )
