Civil Proceedings Rules (CPR-5.4.2)

I found it interesting that, when my landlord was informed, as a result of being C/Ced into an email sent to the Court, that I was seeking access to the Court files pertaining to this matter, via CRP-5.4.2, all of a sudden they changed their tune and felt that further negotiations were in order to settle the matter. Up until that point, they were pushing harder and harder and ignoring all correspondence from me (as was the case with the Court).

However, when one bears in mind the fact that the Billion Pound landlord organisation didn't pay a penny to initiate these (unlawful) proceedings against me and that the Courts, therefore, acted unlawfully by doing PUBLIC work, during PUBLIC time, in a PUBLIC building, for a PRIVATE organisation, so that the public (me) could be financially penalised, one starts to comprehend what is really going on.

I state the above because I have recently caught my own Local Authority doing exactly the same thing in respect of Council Tax and I am becoming more and more aware of fraudulent activity being carried out by other Local Authorities across the UK as well as 'debt collectors' illegally posing as 'Bailiffs'.

With all this in mind, I would strongly recommend that people double check any ‘legal’ paperwork when it is sent to them and challenge anything that they are not sure about. If it is legal and lawful, the author and/or sender will have no issue with your request to confirm this and will be happy to prove it to you. If, however, they delay, make up excuses, or (allegedly) cannot find the documents you are seeking – my advice, for what it’s worth, would be to proceed with caution until such time as you are in possession of real, authenticated, Court ‘SEALED’ paperwork.
