AND COUNTING:
At 4pm on Friday, BBC Radio wil start counting down the Christmas Top 40 - and we want a very special song to be on it.
2023 marks 250 years of a hymn, a song, and anthem that we all know and love.
Amazing Grace was written by a man who had been the captain of a slave ship. Caught in a storm one day and fearing for his life he prayed and the storm eased.
He became a vicar of a church in Olney, Buckinghamshire and helped William WIlberforce abolish slavery.
This very special song has been sung in many places this year by a very special person.
Emily Garner is a student at St VIncent's School for the Sensory Impaired and Other Needs in Liverpool.
She sung it in Liverpool to help launch the #SaveOurSubjects campaign, as part of the Eurovision in the city and in Olney church as part of the celebrations.
And now for you as we've helped Emily record and release her verison of Amazing Grace #250in23 as a single you can stream or buy (buying it for £1 will help send it to the top of the charts much quicker than hundreds of streams)
