Parrot Outdoors with Harness - Jasper the Eclectus Parrot

Jasper is indoors 8 months of the year because it's too cold here in Canada. So he's never fully adjusted to being outside and around a lot of people. I'm working with him more in his harness now that I've found a quieter spot to take him. Enjoy!
