Valday Club Conference: Putin's Message to the West

At the Valday Club annual Conference President Putin clarified some of the key issues faccing Russia and the world today. This video discusses some ofhis propositions in regard to the West in general and the US and germany in particular. He addressed the issues of war aims and the future of Ukraine and the borders, explained Russian nuclear doctrine and elaborated on his vision for the world order being shaped now. He explained his ideas on what is a civilization and what is Russian's place in the world of civilizations.
