Church Building Design and Master Plan

This video showcases the resulting building design and master plan we created for a local church. The plan includes three phases that will occur over the course of many years.

A master plan is a long-term approach to conceptualizing how a large property will be developed over the course of multiple years. It allows property owners to visualize their long term development goals and ensures the correct building placement needed for future growth.

The advantages of having a master plan:
- Guiding critical decisions about programs and services
- Building support from community and lending institutions
- Identifying capital improvement goals
- Developing an implementation strategy
