With an average of some 361 days of sunshine each year, and a Guinness World Record for logging the most consecutive days of sunshine (768 days between 1967 and 1969), it is nicknamed "The Sunshine City". The average water temperature is typically around 76 °F (24 °C). All three are on different levels of the Pier Point at the very end of the pier and all have amazing views of Tampa Bay and the city. But those aren't the only waterfront dining options, Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grille is the place most apt to find a party!
