STEP 1:
Open your Instagram Stories.

STEP 2:
Take a picture of something in your everyday life.

Your coffee.
Your desk.
Your walk.
Your Bible.
Your kids’ sports practice.

People connect with people, not perfectly curated graphics.

STEP 3:
Add a simple statement that explains who you help.

Examples:

• I help women create healthier lives and additional income streams.
• I help busy moms prioritize their health without overwhelm.
• I help women build businesses around their priorities.

Keep it simple.

STEP 4:
Add a poll that starts a conversation.

Examples:

Would more energy help you right now?

Poll choices:
✔ Absolutely
✔ Tell me more

OR

Are you looking for a simple way to improve your health this summer?

Poll choices:
✔ Yes please
✔ I’d love details

STEP 5:
Post it.

STEP 6:
A few hours later, personally message everyone who engaged with your poll.

Start a conversation. Ask questions. Learn what they need.

That’s it.

Most people overcomplicate customer acquisition.

They think they need fancy funnels, perfect graphics, or thousands of followers.

You don’t.

You need conversations.

But knowing what to say after someone responds makes all the difference.

Otherwise, you’ll find yourself getting engagement but struggling to actually help people become customers.
