My Favorite Kitchen in the World

This was my introduction video during the Gastronomika 2019 in San Sebastián, Spain where I represented our country and its cuisine. I wanted to share with them the beauty of the Philippines and its culture, especially how our food is always evolving and how we can make the most of the ingredients we find, even in remote islands. I chose to shoot the video in my favorite kitchen in the world, where I am most inspired to cook, create and innovate, where I am most at home.
