Vegetable Stir Fry without a Wok! | Rachael Ray frying pan.

In this video I’m making stir fry.
Yup, Im making stir fried veggies. But the first thing I need do is make a pot of rice.

So a little butter then 2 cups of rice, a pinch of salt, 4 cups water.
Bring it to a boil then let it simmer until all the water is absorbed by the rice. BOOM!

For our stir fry, I’ll slice up some carrots, green bell pepper, celery, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli.
I like to steam my veggies for 2 or 3 minutes. It helps the stir frying process go quickly and I can be sure all my veggies are cooked.
