Special Eid celebration | Ma'amoul recipe 🥮 🌙

The recipe for the Ma'amoul

Ingredients:
(Dough day one)
4 cups of semolina (fine)
1 cup of semolina (rough)
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup animal ghee
1/2 cup vegetable ghee
1/2 cup vegetable oil (sunflower oil)

(add to dough day 3)
1 cup of powdered sugar
a few grains of mastic
1/2 tablespoon mahlab powder
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 cup luke warm milk
1/2 tablepsoon yeast
2 tablespoons of orange blossom water

Filling dates:
1 kilo seedless dates
2 tablespoons ghee
3 tablespoons anise powder
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder

Filling pistachio
250 gram pistachio
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 tablespoons orange blossom water
1 tablespoon ghee
