To create this video I used information from all over the internet, including memes and the sub redddit- r/showerthoughts. I gathered the ones I found more interesting and worth listening to, and compiled them into this video, enjoy :).
Most of us, at some point during random days, have weird thoughts about seemingly ordinary things. Little epiphanies that we usually never really share. This happens because of dopamine. This is a chemical in your brain that affects your emotions, and it gets triggered when we do things like exercising, listening to music, or taking warm showers. When we’re busy doing something on autopilot that doesn’t require our full attention but at the same time is distracting us, like sitting in traffic or doing the dishes, it gives our brains a break so our subconscious can think about things more creatively. When we have a relaxed state of mind, like we often do while taking a long shower, we're more likely to turn attention inwards…and we’re able to make more insightful connections. These are shower thoughts!

I love you, and without your contributions I wouldn't have taken the risk to do this full time. It's currently just a few of us, and as we grow, I really hope to continue to deliver increasingly good quality content that feeds your curiosity and impacts your lives. Really, and wholeheartedly, thank you! you're making a bigger difference than you might think.
