Blocked Drain / Drain unblocking (Rods_Away_178)

This drain has a major problem. we were called out 2 days ago and cleared a blockage in the down pipe for them and put gallons of water down to show the blockage was cleared. while there we was told that welsh water had been out and said that the pipe dropped straight down into the main line. so as our cam is currently out of action we are un able to view it ourselves. today we jetted the run from a manhole dug up in the garden to find that it runs there first, however there seems to be an issue with the water holding or running somewhere else as there was times on this job we had no back flow of water off the jets and when we cleared it 2 days ago from within the manhole off welsh waters advice the water could be going or escaping somewhere else. we have told the customer that if the landlord is ok with it, we can call in about a week and put the cam up there to see what we got.
