Reform UK have declared, if elected, they will introduce something known as the 'Women and Motherhood Protection Act' focusing on sex discrimination, employment rights and maternity leave.

But critics have been quick to bring up Nigel Farage previously branding maternity leave as "lunacy" and claiming a woman returning to work after raising children is worth "far less to the employer" back in 2014.
