The Binding of Isaac Fiend Folio: What is this thing?

Did some more tinkering to answer some questions I was asked. alot remains a mystery but I do have some new info. you can kill the mother orb with the chaos card, except if it's black. the mother orb will be despawned if it is in the same room as mega satan while black and mega satan is defeated. going into the chest while the orb is black after fighting delirium disables the music until the game is closed and reopened. yet new questions arise, why does it sometimes close your game even if you don't touch it, but other times it requires you to touch it
