In 2018, I taught myself to do a proper riffle shuffle after many years using other shuffling techniques. I find the fluttering of the cards very soothing and relaxing, and in 2018 I was suffering from extreme emotional exhaustion and anxiety. Shuffling the cards every day helped me to calm down while I watched YouTube, Netflix, or whatever. My idea was to try and make an ASMR video for my subscribers during these challenging times.

I hope this video helps you to relax or to let go a little bit and to come back to the present moment. Maybe this will inspire you to learn how to shuffle cards too, or maybe you will just enjoy it as some background noise.
