Subzero English Coastline Paramotor Flying

A clear day, just above zero at ground level, with low wind. So I took a day off to fly - it's my last chance for a flight before a knee operation (ACL) which will put me out of action for 4 months or so. My longest flight on my new Dudek Reportair, and a pretty nice first hour of a flight. The second hour.. not so much.. chucked about a fair bit, started to feel motion sick and spent the last hour feeling like I was gonna puke up. It was my own fault - If I feel it's gonna be bumpy I have a motion sickness tablet - I just didn't think it would be this day - no clouds, no heat, no wind.. but it was and I felt like sh1t. Still - glad I went up!
