The Milk Processing Plant at McCarty Family Farms

In 2012, McCarty Family Farms and The Dannon Company formed a partnership that resulted in this innovative dairy farm family building their own milk processing facility right on their Kansas farm. This is the only facility in the U.S. that removes excess water from the milk before it is shipped to be made into yogurt.
