Kawasaki Z1 Super Six Cylinder head - How its Made

In this video i show how i cut and weld two Kawasaki Z1 900 cylinder heads into one Super Six head, showing some of the techniques and equipment i use. The vapour blasting was carried out at RD Cox & Son Reading. This cylinder head will be for my new 1522cc Super Six engine, my first Super Six engine was 1396cc.
