Here is my 1st visualizations about my very personal and private meditation plan, of course you can use yours(visualizations) and as I said these was the 1st for me. Some things have changed since then but I left these open for all. You might want to read this at least. This "story" can also be a book for new generations or an idea for a movie. I made this for someone suffering from cancer.
That's how it started, so I hope you take it easy on this, you don't have to be too much judgmental. Thank you!

Whales are on a quick journey to the moon where they are transformed into magical creatures gaining healing powers from the moon's light. On their way back to earth they become tiny entering the nostril of a female who suffers from cancer and they are reaching to her brain. Tiny whales swim in the problematic areas of her brain healing it from it's illness. On the whole journey we are the riders and the drivers of the whales, so I hope you pick yours or let it pick you, before the journey begins to the moon and back. Our sizes change proportionally, every time they are tiny we are too, but all return to normal in the end. Whales successfully finish the job and leaving in the same way they came in and have to do one more journey back to the moon to be transformed again to the normal creatures of the sea. Everyone returns home safe. The whales continue to sing their story in the oceans till today cause they have done it again and again but no one understands them except the ones who have taken a part at this journey like you and me and know more. I want you to let go and be able to "SEE" the love of the whales for the human and the love of the human for another human. It's all true, what ever you imagined of this. This is to HELP a female friend who has a brain tumor and I believe our love and our most beautiful thoughts heal if they are pure and unintentional, the way love must always be.

It is as hard to cure some cancers as hard it is to bring whales to the moon and back. But still people work for that to discover new cures.
Be P O S I T I V E IN ALL YOU READ. Don't need much but a tiny spark of positive energy from you to go on. I can transform it to little miracles for others. The perception of your own miracle existence here, will drive me to provide this world with the light of my soul transforming pain into happiness and restlessness to calmness. For I am positively trying. I love you my positive thinkers. Let's take the whales to the moon and back for nearly 1 hour and SMILE cause this meditation process requires your smile to start :) I love you :)
