Dragon Quest XI - (Switch) - Getting White Uniforms / Black Kitty / Divine Dancer Costumes

I've seen these outfits shown off and even one video that shows where you need to go in order to buy the outfits. I have not found one that shows how to unlock that shop so I decided to show it myself.

There are two Tickington locations you need access to in order to get these outfits:

Alter of the Heavenly Bride - Whealbrook
Alter of Starry Skies - Quester's Rest

Basically you must get the item requested in the Whealbrook quest "Cold Comfort" which requires buying something at Quester's Rest from Sellma (you do not need to complete the quest to open the shop!). It is this quest which unlocks her shop where you can buy Uniforme Chic De l'Academie [white school uniforms] (Veronica/Serena/Jade), Divine Dancer's Costume (Serena) and Black Cat Costume/Black Cat Hat (Veronica). Each equipped Uniforme Chic De l'Academie adds 2% chance of an item drop as opposed to the regular Uniforme De l'Academie giving 1%.

Completing the Quester's Rest quest "Innfinite Potential" has nothing to do with unlocking the shop but I show it anyway. I also show the tockle that you need to find in order to unlock Quester's Rest. What I don't show is how to unlock Whealbrook because I'd already unlocked it so have no record of which location it was at. A source I checked states that it is the one behind an Ultimate Key door in the Cryptic Crypt jail cells.
