Ed Sheeran's 'Subtract' is... pretty good?

Well, it's fairly common knowledge amongst the community that I'm not the biiigest fan of Ed Sheeran, but this new album sees him lay his soul bare on some seriously emotional tracks, all produced by the amazing Aaron Dessner. It's still schmalzy and earnest at times, and some of the tracks are awful, but this is his best work in many years.
