Epic Day Trip to Bran Castle + Thunderstorm In Brasov

We had never been to #Transylvania before...and wow was it beautiful! We took a day trip to #BranCastle (AKA Dracula's Castle) to learn about the history of "vampires" in Transylvania right from the source. It was pretty cool learning about the evil Vlad the Impaler (a real Romanian ruler!) and getting to go inside the castle.

Next, we headed off to the nearby town of #Brasov. We didn't get to do much before dark storm clouds starting forming overhead. Before we knew it, we were getting poured on! Don't feel too bad for us--we waited out the storm with a beer in a nearby cafe :)
