Flood recovery underway in Germany and Belgium, after record rainfall

More than 190 people have died after heavy rainfall caused severe flooding in parts of western Europe last week.

It is feared that many more bodies could yet be discovered, as the region struggles to come to terms with the devastation that's hit.
