Daily Follow Along Mobility Stretching - All Levels
Join me LIVE Daily for a 45-minute lower body mobility and middle split stretching workout. It's beginner-friendly, no equipment needed, and I explain everything as we go!
(You'd benefit from a sturdy wall and a cushion/something squishy)
This is a low-pressure, community-powered workout where we focus on consistency, mobility, and progress toward the splits together. We have hundreds of new viewers every day so I explain each move a bit.
My goal is to help you (and me) practice consistency first and foremost. Stretch a little every day without overdoing it. If you train too hard and get too sore, you might take a break that turns side splits into a distant memory. No judgement. I'm speaking from experience. I've got 15+ years and probably 30+ instances of such experience.
Feeling stressed? No need to join daily! “Never-miss-two-days” works great too.
Daily is just how I'm making myself available to the internet every day.
Absolutely take rest days AND come in and cheer us on in the comments. :)
