Lathe Spindle Repair

We received a spindle and pulley out of a Wholesale Tools TD-4 lathe that is in the need of repair. Both the shaft and pulley have wear in them that'll need to be corrected. In this video we begin with the repair of the spindle. I'll use the flame spray technique to bring the spindle size back to specs. In a separate video I'll share repairing the pulley.
