In this video I provide video illustration of the night time performance of the Wraith 4K MAX day/night digital optic from Sightmark.

The included (Stock IR illuminator) IR light was utilized for the demo and all power levels were utilized.

You will see that the higher frame rate resolutions greatly diminish night time performance, so for the best results use a 30 FPS setting for night viewing.

Other useful tips are as follows:

1) Ensure you remove the daylight filter off the front objective - this will allow more light to come into the lens.

2) Turning contrast DOWN 1 level to C4 may increase visibility.

3) Toggle between ISO video settings either MAX 3200 or MAX 6400 should be the best options

4) Toggle between sharpness levels Normal or Strong

5) Ensure your IR Illuminator has fresh 100% power battery cells, the more you deplete the batteries the less effective they are during night operation.
