HOW GOD FREED ME OF ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION | Dyani Neves

Hi loves!

In this video I share a little bit about my experience with depression and anxiety, and the negative circumstances that my path in life at the time led up to. I talk about how God found me at the lowest point in my life and ever-so gently lifted me up and gave me another chance at life with Him by my side. I also share everything I learned through this life changing experience, in hopes that it inspires anyone who may be struggling with something similar. It wasn’t easy, and reflecting on how lost I was back then does make me feel emotional, but like I mention in the video, I wouldn’t change any of it. Everything happens for a reason, and I believe that if you were led to this video, there’s a purpose behind it. I hope this word resonates with whoever it’s meant for. I’ve included a link to the book my pastor wrote below, and I highly recommend it for anyone who’s interested in getting a better understanding of what it’s like having a relationship with God (and how). Dear God,

I come to you, to confess that I am a sinner. I can't even begin to list all of the things I've done to displease you, and I ask that you forgive me for every sin I've committed, those known and unknown. I believe that your son Jesus Christ died for my sins and rose again, that I may have eternal life. I turn away from my sins and invite you into my heart. I want to trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior. I want to do life by your side.
