What is Sublimation? How do you convert an inkjet printer to a sublimation printer?!

I have been afraid to invest in a true sublimation printer because they are expensive!!! But I bit the bullet and decided to convert an Epson Eco Tank printer to a Sublimation Printer! I can't believe how well it works!
