She Was Dying from Cancer...But the Real Threat Was HerHusband Part1/2
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) –A Grand Forks man will spend 5 years in prison for abusing his wife who had cancer.
Dr. Whitney Temple died last May.
Whitney made allegations of abuse during an ER visit shortly before her husband, Joshua Temple. was arrested.
Whitney had visible bruises and lacerations on her body, and suffered a compression fracture in her back as a result of the abuse.
He pleaded guilty to endangering an eligible adult and terrorizing. Two domestic violence charges were dropped.
In addition to prison time, Temple will also have to serve two years of supervised release, and undergo domestic violence treatment.
