Here are the measurements

Butter 125 grams
Caster sugar 125 grams
Eggs - 3 (around 125 grams)
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Milk powder - 20 grams
Maida - 125 grams
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Icing sugar - to garnish

Tips to remember -
1. Use room temp ingredients only!
2. Beat the butter first, then add the sugar and beat well, then add one egg at a time only.
3. Don’t overmix the batter
4. Bake in a preheated oven
5. Serve fresh :)
